Getting to that final printed beauty takes a bit of time and collaboration. Lets build out that timeline and review the processes to get those pretty printed things in the mail to you guests!


We’re kinda stationery pros. If you’ve got questions, we most likley have answers. Check out some of our most frequently asked questions and some pro tips tossed in for good measure.

Step #2
Visit us at the GP HQ on Main Street. You'll make your studio collection design choice. You'll also choose your optional upgrades and flexible features.
Once your design is selected and upgrades are chosen we'll email your contract and order details which includes the choices you made and production timeline.
Deposit + Proof
With your contract complete, we require a 25% deposit to begin the artwork phase. We'll also ask for your wording at this point. Once complete, proofs arrive via email.

Your proofs look amazing and you're ready for final sign off. You'll receive a final proof where you initial all of the particulars and approve the artwork one last time.
Your order is sent out to be professionally printed on a fancy pants press.
Special details and guest addressing happens at this time as well.

HOORAY, Your pretty things are now complete! We'll let you know your pick up time is at the GP HQ. We'll send you off with your goodies and some mailing tips.

When should We Talk Paper?

6 months out for an invitation from the Studio Collection.
9-12 months out for a tailored, custom suite.
Save the Dates 9-12 months out.

How many invitation suites should I order?

You will need one suite per couple and/or household. For example, let's say your guest list has 200 individual names, you'll need around 125 suites total.

Will you help with wording?

Yes, of course! Verbiage can be tricky and there's a lot of info out there, we can help guide you in terms of etiquette and special situations. We also love some clever verbiage, it's kind of our thing.

Can I give you my list of Guests?

We include guest addressing with all our suites. It looks amazing and it's a perfect finishing touch. We match up the design from the suite to the envelopes, so everything is cohesive. We provide you with a template for inputting the addressing, we also have an envelope formatting guide that answers several questions.

Do you help with postage?

We weigh your complete suite before delivery and provide an estimate for the amount of postage you'll need. We suggest you take a complete suite to the the post office to confirm the postage amount when you purchase the stamps.

01. Consult Prep

It can be very productive to do a little homework prior to the consultation. Start thinking about wording you might like and how you'd like your names to appear. Also consider your overall style for the event and which design might be a good fit.

02. Proof, Baby Proof​

Proofs are important. Please take your time when you review them. Respond with concise thoughts and/or edits, this helps your designer make it perfect.

03. Assembly

If a suite requires assembly, we take care of it. If an envelope liner is chosen as an upgrade, those will be installed. If a wax seal is part of the design, it will be applied. A silk ribbon? We've got your covered.

04. Day-of Stationery

Yes, we can create and print ALL THE PRETTY THINGS. Escort cards, cocktail napkins, menus, programs, signage, thank you notes, welcome bags + boxes. This list is long, if it's printed, we can handle it.

05. Envelope Sealing

Using water or a sponge to seal your envelopes often leaves them too wet. We suggest a glue stick or slim tape runner. No worries, we typically include one in your order.
