Terms and Conditions
Minimum orders are determined by the smallest quantity available for purchase on each individual item.
For other items like traditional stationery or invitations, depending on the size and nature of your order, you can expect to receive your order in 10-14 business days after final approval.
If you require your invitations sooner, we offer a RUSH service which requires a 30% pre-payment. In this instance, please advise of the date you require your order and we will advise of turn-around times.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with tracking number. Shipping charges are calculated on weight and size of order. Contact us to request shipping costs for your specific order.
Greenstar Paperie is not responsible for items once they are released into the USPS system.
Greenstar Paperie accepts no responsibility for goods damaged as a result of neglect or poor storage including direct sunlight, dampness, heat, spillages, and undue care once the order has been shipped or collected and released to you as the customer.
At this time we are unable to accommodate international orders.
EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of this business, all sales are final. Please ensure you check your proofs. Greenstar Paperie will not be responsible for grammar, punctuation, spelling, or layout mistakes once you have approved your final design proof. No refunds will be made once payment is received. This applies to cancellations of jobs also.
Occasionally mistakes are made. We will reprint any order and pay shipping and handling charges when there has been a mistake on our part. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in additional cost to the customer. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer’s satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order and additional shipping.
Greenstar Paperie will not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect orders being placed by the customer.
If you have received an order that has an issue, you have 48 hours to contact us regarding the issue.
Once an order has been authorized for printing, any alterations to design, layout, or wording will incur additional costs. Clients will be required to approve all proofs via email.
There are no proofs for Santa Snail Mail.
We accept all major credit cards. All orders includes a sales tax of 7.25%.
All of Greenstar Paperie’s designs are protected under copyright law. No part may be reproduced in whole or part or stored without written consent.
